Elder Tracy Jackson - Cincinnati/Dayton/Indianapolis

Rev. Tracy L. Jackson is a native of Kansas City, MO. Received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Carver Bible College. He was license to preach in his hometown in 1986 at Jamison Memorial Temple CME Church. In 1990, the late Bishop Dotcy I. Isom, Jr. ordained him traveling Deacon, Elder, and admitted him into Full Connection. This lead him to be assigned to his first appointment that year at Carter Memorial CME Church in Gary, IN. Under his leadership, the church burned it's mortgage of $158,000, five years after his arrival, and grew by the grace of God from 40 members to 350 during the 16 years he was pastor. In 2006 he was assigned pastor to his home church, Jamison Memorial Temple, by Bishop Paul A.G. Stewart where he served for eight years.  In 2008 the church built the $1.3 million dollar housing development "Jamison Housing on the Boulevard" under his leadership.

During the 2007-2008 conference year, he served as the Presiding Elder of the Missouri District of the Kansas-Missouri Region. He was the Director of Evangelism for the Missouri District from 2007-2010. He served as the chairman of the Kansas-Missouri Region Joint Board and as a member of the Board of Trustees (2010-2014). From 2010-2014, he served as a member of the General Connectional Board of the CME Church. He has served as president over several organizations including the John Will Anderson Boys and Girls Club, in Gary, IN (1994-1996), the Interfaith Clergy Council and Vicinity of Gary (2002 - 2005) and the Methodist Ministers' Fellowship of Kansas City, MO (2007-2009).

Rev. Jackson has received the Rev. Carrell K. Cargle One Church One School Award for Outstanding Community Service and the Pastor of the Year Award for the Third Episcopal District (2010). Additionally, he has been elected a delegate to the General Conference multiple times (1990, 1998, 2002, 2006, 2010, 2014).

In addition to being Presiding Elder, he is the pastor of Murchison Temple CME Church in Indianapolis, IN.

Elder Bruce Gibson - Cleveland/Pittsburgh

Rev. Bruce Gibson was born and raised in Ohio.  He was educated in the Painesville Public School System and upon graduation from Harvey High School he enlisted into the U.S. Marines. He is a graduate of Lake Erie College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  He attended Ashland Theological Seminary where he received a Master of Divinity. 

 He has pastored for 35 years in the Cleveland-Pittsburgh District and held many offices.  He has served as the Treasurer of the Ohio-Central Indiana Annual Conference; served as a committee member for The Commission on Ministry for the Ohio Central Indiana Annual Conference; and has been a delegate to The General Conference for eight Quadrennials.

He is still a resident of Painesville, Ohio where he resides with his lovely wife of 34 years Rev. Hope Gibson.  He is the proud father of two sons Rev. Ian Sean Gibson and Louis Bernard Gibson.

Elder Delmetria Cayson Combs - Evansville/Hopkinsville

Rev. Cayson Combs received her early education in the Fayette County Public School System (Lexington, KY).  She attended Lindsey Wilson College where she earned a B.A. in Human Services and M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development and is currently pursuing the Master of Divinity degree from Louisville Seminary. 

She has served the Church and Kentucky community in many capacities which included pastoral leadership at Corinth- Clark County, St. Paul-Owingsville, Johnson Chapel-Glasgow, Miles Chapel- Lebanon and Fannie Chapel-Campbellsville.  She has served as District Registrar, Assistant District Secretary, and Episcopal Representative for Young Adults, Chair of Economic Development Committee (KY Region Annual Conference) and Director of Pastoral Care & Counseling for the Second Episcopal District and most recently, appointed as Presiding Elder of the Evansville-Hopkinsville District of the Kentucky Region. 

 She is married to the Reverend BaTavi M. Combs, pastor of the Wesley Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, Greenville, Kentucky.

Reverend Reid was born in Hazard, KY. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1960, and retired at the rank of Master Sergeant in 1981. He acknowledged the call to Christian ministry in 1979 at the Golgotha Trinity Church in Long Beach California. Upon relocating to Kentucky in 1983, he served at the Spillman Memorial Church in Louisville. Ordained Deacon in 1987 and Elder in 1989, he served as pastor of numerous local churches. 

Appointed Presiding Elder of the Louisville~Lexington District in 1999 by Bishop Nathaniel L. Linsey, he was reappointed Presiding Elder of the District in 2010 by Bishop Sylvester Williams, Sr. He earned Degrees in Associate of Applied Sciences Specializing in Electrical Engineering Technology in 1985 and Bachelor of Science in Education in 1993, both at the University of Louisville. He is married to the former Brenda Blanton Johnson.
